Lake Las Vegas Water Sports ("we") runs electric boat cruises at Lake Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy covers the guest information we use to send email and text updates.

Name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, birthday month and day, booking history, and answers you give on waivers or booking forms. We also record whether our emails are delivered, opened or clicked, and whether you unsubscribe.
How we use it
To send booking-related messages, offers and event news you agreed to receive; to avoid sending you messages you don't want; and to understand which messages are useful. We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that deliver email and text messages and host our systems, only so they can do that work for us. We may share information if the law requires it.
Your choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing trevor@llvws.com.
How long we keep it
We keep guest details while you're a customer or subscribed, and keep a minimal record of unsubscribes so we never message you again.
Security
Access is limited to signed-in staff, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
